- Before opening hours from 10:00am – 12:00pm
- After opening hours from 8:00pm – 10:00pm
The vet doctor will be on-call for emergencies.

Complaints
It is highly unlikely that you will resort to complaining about the standards of service you receive, but if at any time you feel dissatisfied with what is being provided to you, please let us know immediately. We take complaints very seriously and try to resolve them to your satisfaction.
If the problem needs to be investigated, please write down all the following details: Your name, your mobile number, your pet’s name, what happened? When did it happen? And who was involved? Then give this information to the front desk / secretary. Rest assured that we will get back to you as soon as possible (within 2 working days).
An apology will be granted, if appropriate, and a promise to right whatever went wrong.
