Emergency cases

Although we do not wish for anything to harm your pet, we cannot prevent or stop any misfortune, whether it is an injury, an unexpected accident, or even a sudden illness. Should something like this happens, we ask you to quickly contact us out of hours vet services (according the case, either we can help by phone or direct you to an open emergency clinic) or come immediately to our vet clinic with the case (during opening hours).

If your pet manifests any of the mentioned-below symptoms, then he needs to be attended as an emergency case:

  • He is unconscious or has collapsed
  • Cannot breathe
  • Suspect he has a broken bone
  • Has a seizure
  • Has an open wound/bleeding
  • Lameness or inability to walk
  • In visible pain
  • Has a swollen abdomen
  • Is persistently vomiting
  • Has persistent diarrhoea
  • Is frothing at the mouth
  • Any accident or physical injury

The wellbeing of your pet is our priority, so please do not hesitate to contact us.

Even If you are in doubt whether your pet is unwell or it is an emergency, please do not hesitate to still contact us. We will be able to help you decide if your pet needs to be seen or if we think it is safe for your pet to wait until the morning when normal clinic hours resume.
